Slight updates to graphical errors.

Updated the theme a little, fixed a few minor things:

• Fixed some slight graphical errors (extra grey pixels) on the Unlock icon when it was disabled.
• Lowered the opacity of the "off" icons (unlock and closed-eye) by a very slight amount. This helps make un-toggled icons and Disabled icons more distinct.
• Also modified the "open-folder" icon very slightly (made the folder "open" one more pixel downward, to make them slightly more distinct).

I also added a 3rd theme [lock-mod-2]. This is identical to [lock-mod] default, but has a slightly more reddish color to "disabled items" (like when you lock a whole Layer Group). Check the attached pictures.

I made this a separate theme, so if you prefer the original brownish-grey color for disabled items, you can use the regular [lock-mod] theme. Both versions have had the minor graphical fixes, as well as the Dark Mod (than) theme.
